The Future of Roller Derby – May 13th Double Header

Guess who’s back on the track?!

Ottawa Valley Roller Derby is thrilled to return to the track for our first public event since 2019! We’ve missed you, and on Saturday, May 13th, we’ll be presenting 2 flat-track roller derby games at Brewer Arena showcasing the future of roller derby in Ottawa.

In the first game the Ottawa Junior Roller Derby talent will be taking on Montreal Junior Roller Derby. For the second game the full-contact players will face off in a battle of Heroes vs. Villains. The doors will open at 5:30pm and our first game will kick off at 6pm. Bring your camping chairs for track side seating and get up close to the action!

Tickets $15 – available at the door (Kids 10 and under get in free. Limit 2 kids per adult, please).
Brewer Arena (151 Brewer Way)

This is a family-friendly and licensed event. We’re serving beer starting at 5:30pm. Don’t forget your ID and your camping chairs because alcohol is not permitted in the tiered seating.

Schedule – The games consist of two 30 minute periods with a short half time:
Start of game #1: 6pm – Ottawa Junior Roller Derby vs. Montreal Junior Roller Derby
Start of game #2: 8pm (approximately) – Full-contact: Heroes vs. Villains
