Join OVRD for an afternoon of yoga at Yogatown Preston. Come stretch out with this gently warm 90 min long slow flow / yin style yoga class lead by members of the OVRD All-stars. The class is for all levels, from beginner to the experienced yogi. There will be hands on adjustments (only if you are comfortable with it).

Where: Yogatown at 300 Preston Street, has granted us access to their beautiful studio. Facilities include showers (towel rentals for $2), blocks, and straps. Bring your own mat or rent one for $2.

Boston Pizza in the Glebe is hosting an OVRD Pizza Party on Sunday February 24the. The league is getting a portion of sales that night and we’re organizing a few fun activities. We’d love to see our friends and fans there. Come on down for a fun get together in support of OVRD.

The winter-spring 2019 session of Ottawa Junior Roller Derby is now open for registration. The practices will take place on Saturdays from 1-3pm from January 12th to June 15th, 2019,
Who can join? Kids and teens of any gender/gender expression aged 9-17 who are excited to learn how to play roller derby. Players will be grouped by skill and age. No skating experience necessary.

From January – May practices will be at the old Ottawa Tech High School (440 Albert Street) then from May – June at the Rideau Curling Club (715 Cooper Street).
