New name, New logo

Starting today, Rideau Valley Roller Girls is going by Rideau Valley Roller Derby and using an updated logo. We wanted a league name that better reflects our commitment to respecting our members. Lot of leagues around the world are dropping “girls” from their name, and we felt like it was long overdue for us as well.  

Our team names and their logos aren’t changing for now, and we’ll still be using our original name for a few things that are too hard to change on the internet, but it was time for a refresh.  We’re still the same great group of athletes, with just a slightly new name and a slightly different logo.  🙂
